Prepared: 5 January 2026
Effective date: Not yet effective — owner review draft
This draft is available for review. It does not activate unconfirmed commercial terms or establish automatic legal compliance.
1. Independent services and third-party names
Third-party names, trademarks, service marks, and logos belong to their respective owners. References identify the subjects of our independent educational services. Unless expressly stated and verified, Overpass Consultancy Limited and its platforms are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by those owners.
Overpass is an independent provider and does not present its learning services as official examination-board services. Examination names identify the focus of preparation only. No accreditation, approval, sponsorship, or institutional recognition is claimed.
This notice does not assign specific trademark ownership or apply registration symbols. Exact ownership and any required attribution must be checked against the owner’s authoritative materials before a specific attribution is added. No third-party examination logo, seal, badge, or branded interface is reproduced in this corporate site’s authored assets.
2. Copyright and licensed materials
The footer copyright notice applies only to materials owned by Overpass Consultancy Limited. Third-party and licensed materials remain subject to their respective ownership and license terms. The notice does not transfer ownership of user submissions, educational materials owned by others, or open-source software.
The corporate wordmark, bridge/path illustration, and social artwork were created for this site. They are conceptual brand artwork, not examination-owner logos or screenshots of platform functionality. Site text was prepared from the supplied company brief. Google Fonts and software dependencies remain subject to their own licenses. No examination question bank or downloadable study materials are included in this corporate site.
3. Appropriate use and resource access
You may view the corporate site for information. Any reproduction, distribution, resale, modification, or reuse beyond applicable legal permissions or an express license requires authorization from the relevant rights holder. A purchase or service agreement should specify the access and usage rights granted for its resources; it does not automatically grant ownership.
Do not share restricted accounts, redistribute paid resources, remove rights notices, or copy content without authorization. User submissions remain the user’s property; the business may use an inquiry to handle the request without claiming ownership of its contents.
4. Confidential examination content and provenance
Do not submit, upload, distribute, request, or sell unauthorized examination content, recalled confidential questions, leaked materials, or resources obtained in breach of examination rules. The website does not advertise real examination questions or actual upcoming examination content.
Practice questions and simulated assessments are described by their educational purpose only. Their provenance has not been independently audited as part of this corporate-site build; no claim that all portfolio materials are independently developed is made here. Before publishing or licensing educational materials, the business must confirm authorship, permissions, license conditions, and any examination confidentiality restrictions.
5. Reporting an intellectual property concern
Email [email protected] with the subject “Intellectual property concern”. Identify the material and its page or platform URL, the work or mark concerned, your relationship to the rights holder, a concise explanation of the issue, and a reply contact. Include information reasonably needed to locate and assess the concern, without sending confidential examination content or unnecessary sensitive information.
The business can use this information to review the concern, seek clarification, and consider correction, restriction, or removal where appropriate. No registered copyright agent, special statutory notice procedure, or guaranteed response deadline is claimed. A report does not by itself establish infringement or require transfer of ownership.
6. Draft status
Prepared 5 January 2026, version 0.2. This notice remains under owner review pending confirmation of content rights, relevant licenses, platform resource provenance, and any specific trademark attribution obligations. No unverified permissions or ownership determinations are asserted.
