Prepared: 5 January 2026
Effective date: Not yet effective — owner review draft
This draft is available for review. It does not activate unconfirmed commercial terms or establish automatic legal compliance.
1. Status and where purchases take place
This is a review draft, not an active refund offer. This corporate website takes no payments and sells no subscriptions or downloads through a checkout. Commercial refund windows, cancellation deadlines, and processing periods have not been confirmed.
Customers purchasing through a separate learning platform or service should read the terms and refund policy displayed at the point of purchase before paying and keep their purchase confirmation. This page does not establish that those platforms share identical policies. If terms are unclear, contact [email protected] before purchasing.
2. Digital study materials and downloads
For any proposed digital purchase, the product terms must identify the files or resources supplied, permitted use, price, and when access or delivery begins. Where immediate delivery affects statutory cancellation rights, any required information and affirmative consent must be obtained before delivery.
The business must confirm refund eligibility before this category becomes an active policy, including treatment of inaccessible files, incorrect descriptions, duplicate purchases, and withdrawal before delivery. This draft sets no download-based forfeiture rule and does not say that all digital sales are final.
3. Platform access and subscriptions
The applicable platform must explain what access includes, its start date and duration, whether billing recurs, the renewal price and frequency, how to cancel, and when cancellation takes effect before a customer agrees to pay. No subscription or renewal is created on this corporate website.
The business must confirm whether partial-period refunds, unused access, trial conversions, or interrupted access qualify for a refund. Cancellation of future renewal and a request to refund an existing charge are distinct requests; neither should be assumed to resolve the other. Customers should follow the platform’s stated cancellation steps and ask support for clarification if those controls are unavailable.
4. One-to-one tutoring and scheduled sessions
A session agreement should identify the session length, delivery format, booking time and time zone, preparation included, and any required access arrangements. The business must set the cancellation and rescheduling deadline, treatment of late arrival or non-attendance, and rules for unused packages before bookings are sold.
If the provider cancels or fails to deliver a session, contact support to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include an agreed replacement session or refund where due. This draft does not require accepting credit instead of a refund or remove rights relating to non-delivery. No notice deadline or guaranteed processing time is established here.
5. Consulting and custom development
A written engagement should identify scope, milestones, delivery and acceptance criteria, fees, any deposits, third-party costs, and the point at which work starts. It should also explain how either party can cancel and how completed work, unperformed work, prepaid sums, and committed costs will be treated.
The business must agree any deposit treatment, milestone refund eligibility, change request rules, and cancellation charges before work is authorized. This draft does not deem deposits non-refundable or impose an unverified charge. Provider failure to deliver and defective or misdescribed services must be considered separately from a customer’s change of plans.
6. How to request help or a refund
Email [email protected] and identify the platform or service, order or engagement reference if available, purchase date, amount in question, and the reason for the request. For a session, include its scheduled date and time zone. A concise description of the issue is sufficient to begin; do not send full card numbers, passwords, sensitive health information, or confidential examination content.
For duplicate charges or a billing error, identify the affected transactions so the business or payment provider can investigate and arrange a correction where due. Do not include full payment credentials. This page does not assert a deadline for reporting an error that could override applicable rights.
7. Processing and communication
After the business confirms a refund, it should confirm the amount, processing method, expected processing period, and any relevant payment-provider handling before describing the refund as complete. These commercial processing details have not yet been supplied, so no method or fixed timeframe is promised in this draft.
A refund request is not approval of a refund. Any confirmed refund must be distinguished from the time a payment provider takes to post it. Do not mark a refund as paid until the relevant transaction has actually been processed.
8. Examination results and consumer protections
An unsuccessful examination result does not, by itself, establish entitlement to a refund unless an expressly offered policy provides otherwise. Educational support does not guarantee a particular result.
This does not remove rights arising from non-delivery, misrepresentation, defective services, billing errors, or applicable consumer protections. Nothing in this draft limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Decisions required before this policy becomes active
Confirm which categories are actually sold and by which platform or agreement; delivery and access triggers; refund eligibility and exclusions; cancellation and rescheduling rules; provider cancellation remedies; duplicate-charge correction procedures; subscription cancellation controls and future billing treatment; and the refund method and processing period.
Review the final wording against each checkout, booking flow, product description, and service agreement. Set an effective date only after these decisions are confirmed. Prepared 5 January 2026, version 0.2; not yet effective.
